This page explains how Cole Christopher Solutions (“CCS,” “I,” or “we”) handles information collected through colecsolutions.com and in the course of client engagements. It applies to visitors to the website and to prospective and current clients.

What we collect

From website visitors, we collect only what you choose to send us: the information you provide when booking a discovery call through the embedded scheduler, and the contents of any email you send to the address listed on this site. The site itself does not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing pixels.

From clients during an engagement, we collect information reasonably necessary to provide the agreed services. This may include business contact details, billing information, and limited technical information about your Microsoft 365 environment that you choose to share with us in the course of the work.

How we use it

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct the discovery call, and where applicable, deliver the services you have engaged us to provide. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for marketing communications you have not requested.

Third-party services

The discovery-call scheduler on this site is provided by Cal.com. When you book a call, the information you submit is processed by Cal.com under its own privacy policy. We do not store the contents of those bookings outside our calendar.

Fonts on this site are self-hosted; no font requests are made to third-party CDNs from your browser.

Confidentiality during engagements

Every client engagement begins with a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Information shared during the engagement is treated as confidential and is used only to perform the agreed work.
